Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by GrowthLens Analytics LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States.

1. Services

GrowthLens Analytics LLC provides data analytics and business intelligence consulting services including dashboard development, data modeling and architecture, KPI strategy and reporting, product analytics, business opportunity analysis, and process automation and ETL. Services are delivered globally, both remotely and on-site.

2. Eligibility

By engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organization.

3. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Subscription services renew automatically; cancel anytime.
• One-time payments are due at the start of the engagement.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all data, analytical findings, business information, and proprietary data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the relationship.

5. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and deliverables remain the property of GrowthLens Analytics LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their own business upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Results depend on data quality, completeness, and client cooperation. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days’ written notice. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
